How it works
If you are not satisfied, contact customer support within 180 days to request a refund. Once a refund is processed, it may take 10–15 business days to appear in your account. Returns are sent to: REDROCK, PO Box 12730, Ogden, UT 84404, USA. Please contact support before shipping anything back.
Who handles refunds
